Deniseyezbak is a handmade jewelry store located in the United States. Each jewelry piece is meticulously designed and handcrafted. We highly value the shopping experience of our customers and understand that in some cases, refunds or returns may be necessary. Therefore, we have formulated the following refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and to take into account the uniqueness of handmade products. 
Before placing an order, please carefully read and understand this refund policy. Once the purchase is completed, it is deemed that you have agreed to all the contents of this policy. 
I. Scope of Application of the Refund Policy 
This refund policy applies to all products purchased through the official channel of deniseyezbak, including but not limited to: 
Official website 
Collaborative e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify, Etsy, etc.) 
Official social media store (if applicable) 
Different sales platforms may have additional rules, such as those that differ from this policy. In such cases, the rules of the platform shall prevail. 
II. Special Notes on Handcrafted Jewelry 
Handcrafted characteristics
All Deniseyezbak jewelry is either handcrafted or semi-handcrafted, and each piece is unique.
Therefore, the following situations do not constitute quality issues and do not qualify as reasons for a refund: 
Minor size differences 
Natural variations in color or texture 
Handcrafted traces 
There are minor differences within a reasonable range compared to the product images. 
Natural material characteristics
If the jewelry uses natural gemstones, pearls or natural metal materials, their natural textures, color variations or inclusions are all normal phenomena. 
III. Conditions for Refundable Products 
The customer can apply for a refund under the following conditions:

The product is a non-customized and non-personalized item. 
Apply for a refund within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods 
Goods: Not worn, not used, not damaged 
The goods remain in their original condition and include: 
Original packaging 
Original parts 
Not disassembled or intentionally damaged 
If the goods do not meet the above requirements, we have the right to reject the refund request. 
IV. Non-refundable Situations 
Due to the nature of handmade products and hygiene concerns, the following situations do not support refunds or returns: 
Custom or personalized jewelry
Including but not limited to: 
Engraving service 
Customized size 
Special design adjustments 
Customized products specified by the customer, either in terms of materials or styles. 
Goods that have been worn or used
Any marks of wearing, wear and tear, odors or man-made damages are regarded as having been used. 
Due to personal subjective reasons
including but not limited to: 
Don't like

Contrary to personal expectations 
Change one's mind

Does not match the clothing appropriately 
Exceeding the refund application deadline
Refund applications submitted more than 7 days after receiving the goods will not be accepted. 
V. Refund Application Process 
If you meet the refund criteria, please follow the steps below to proceed:

Within 7 days after receiving the goods, contact the Deniseyezbak customer service through the official channel and provide:

Product photos (if any issues) 
Reason for Refund Explanation 
Review of application
We will review your refund request within 3 to 5 working days and reply with the review result via email or platform message. 
Return the goods
If your refund application is approved, you are required to return the goods to the address provided by us within the specified time. 
VI. Return Shipping Instructions 
Return shipping cost liability 
Refunds resulting from the customer's personal reasons will be the responsibility of the customer for the shipping costs. 
For refunds caused by manufacturing errors or obvious quality issues, we will cover the reasonable shipping costs. 
Logistics risks
We suggest that you use a traceable logistics method to return the goods.
If the goods are lost or damaged during the return process, Deniseyezbak will not be held responsible for it. 
VII. Refund Amount and Method 
Refund amount

Only refund the actual payment amount for the product itself. 
The original shipping cost, customs duties and platform fees (if any) are generally not refundable. 
Refund method
The refund will be returned to the original payment method you used at the beginning, including but not limited to credit card or PayPal. 
The time of arrival of funds
After the refund process is completed, the bank or payment platform may take 5 to 10 working days to complete the account entry. The exact time depends on the payment institution. 
VIII. Refund for Quality Issues 
If you encounter any of the following issues with the goods you received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving them: 
Obvious manufacturing error 
Serious damage (not caused by transportation) 
Significantly inconsistent with the order details 
After confirmation, we will offer you one of the following solutions: 
Full refund 
Replace with the same model product 
Reproduction (if applicable) 
IX. Rejection and Unsuccessful Delivery 
Refusal of package collection
For returned packages due to customer refusal, failure to collect in time, or incorrect address entry, the relevant shipping fees will be borne by the customer. 
Refund processing
After we receive the returned goods and confirm their status, a refund will be processed (if applicable) after deducting the relevant fees. 
X. Special Situations Handling 
We understand the particularity of individual cases. In case of force majeure or reasonable special circumstances (such as severe delays, abnormal logistics, etc.), Deniseyezbak will, based on the principle of good faith, negotiate solutions with the customer, but there is no guarantee of a refund. 
XI. Policy Amendment Authority 
Deniseyezbak reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately after being announced on the official website, and will only apply to orders generated after the update.
